At 3 Sons Italian, we’re always looking for ways to incorporate more locally sourced ingredients, foods and beverages. It helps ensure the food’s freshness and taste, supports our local economy and decreases transport-related costs and emissions to protect the environment and keep our prices down. Here are four of our locally sourced vendors.

  1. Belfiore’s Sausage (

Owned by Michael’s son, Gino Scarafiotti, Belfiore’s continues the long-standing North Denver tradition of making authentic, handmade Italian sausage, both fresh and dried. They use a 70-year-old recipe and it’s guaranteed delicious!

  1. Lik’s Ice Cream (

This family-owned creamery is based in the heart of Denver’s Capitol Hill District. Lik’s operates two retail locations and an extensive wholesale distribution along the Front Range and mountain communities. You can’t beat fresh, local ice cream!

  1. Clyde’s Sausage & Ground Beef (

Love our meatballs? You can thank Clyde’s Sausage & Ground Beef in Denver for the uber-fresh taste!

  1. Coors (

At 3 Sons Italian, our main beer provider is Coors. Made with water right from the Rockies and High Country-grown barley linked to the original 1936 Moravian Barley seeds given to Adolph Coors, this Golden-based brewery helps support local growers.
